A complete software suite built for an industrial inkjet coding/marking machine manufacturer, spanning four platforms.

Android HMI — the operator interface running on an embedded Android 10 panel (800×480). It edits print files with multiple layer types (text, images, barcodes, QR codes, dates, symbols and serial numbers), renders exact dot-matrix previews, and drives the print head over RS485/232 — pushing print data, sending control commands and reading live printing status. Localized into 6 languages.

Windows companion (WPF, .NET 9) — a provisioning and batch tool: one-click creation of authorized USB keys (MBR partitioning, FAT32 formatting, dual-redundant license sectors with customer traceability), dual-pane file management between the local workspace and the device key, and Excel-driven batch generation — one spreadsheet row becomes one print file, with QR / DataMatrix / EAN13 / CODE39 / CODE128 barcode layers and per-row dot-matrix preview. It also links to machines over LAN with a six-digit pairing code for file transfer, parameter editing and full-device backup.

WeChat mini-program + uni-app — remote sending of text, images, barcodes and QR codes to the machine via Bluetooth.

Font pipeline (Python) — scripts that bake CJK dot-matrix font libraries so on-screen previews match the printed output dot for dot.
